NDT TRAINING IN CHENNAI
NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
NDT is a tool to detect defects and is a means of improving safety, reliability and productivity to achieve efficient and cost-effective operations and quality assurance in many large and medium scale industrial organizations in India. In the past two decades more than 2700 NDT personnel have been trained in five methods of NDT (Radiography, Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Eddy Current Testing and Liquid Penetrant Testing) .
ULTRASONIC TESTING
ultrasonic testing is one of the more common non-destructive testing methods performed on materials. This testing utilises high frequency mechanical energy ie sound waves, to conduct examinations and measurements on a test area.
MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING
Magnetic particle testing training from the NDT Training Center trains, examines and certifies your personnel to perform tests in compliance with the relevant standards. Magnetic particle testing is a specialized non-destructive testing (NDT) method. As a result, it must be performed to worldwide standards by qualified personnel. The NDT Training Center offers world-class magnetic particle testing training, examination and certification to enable your personnel to carry out tests to international standards.
LIQUID PENETRANT TESTING
Liquid penetrant testing training from the NDT Training Center in chennai trains, examines and certifies your personnel to perform liquid penetrant testing. As a specialized non-destructive testing (NDT) method, liquid penetrant testing must be performed to worldwide standards by qualified personnel. The NDT Training Center offers you world-class training, examination and certification, enabling your personnel to perform liquid penetrant testing in accordance with international standards.
RADIOGRAPHIC TESTING TRAINING
Radiography Testing the test-part is placed between the radiation source and film (or detector). The material density and thickness differences of the test-part will attenuate (i.e. reduce) the penetrating radiation through interaction processes involving scattering and/or absorption. The differences in absorption are then recorded on film(s) or through an electronic means.
EDDY CURRENT TESTING
Continuous wave eddy current testing is one of several non-destructive testing methods that use the electromagnetism principle. Conventional eddy current testing utilises electromagnetic induction to detect discontinuities in conductive materials.
